Rates & Charges
 
Our rates and charges vary depending on the following:
 
  • What condition your natural hair is in at the time of your appointment { damaged, breakage, thinning, balding, etc. }

  • What length you desire your new hair weave to be, the style selected, and whether or not you are choosing a natural hair weave or a braided hair weave.  

  • What style of braiding, design of braiding, or whether you are choosing all braiding for your hair weave or if you're mixing a natural hair weave with a braided hair weave.

  • What texture of hair you have, versus the type of hair weave you are interested in.

  • The total amount of time required to finish your hair weave in addition to any other conditions that must be considered should your hair not be in the best of condition.

  • Where you are located closest to our facility on Long Island or Manhattan, New York or if our Master Weaver is available in your local area or town. Rates are quoted based on our Master Weavers time to travel to you and where the appointment will be at.
 
How long does it take to hair weave?
 
Essentially, we allocate each appointment from one (1) to four (4)-1/2 hours as our estimation for all full head hair weaves without seeing your hair and the condition of it; and approximately one (1) to three (3) hours or less for partial hair weaves, extensions, track sewing, and most track add-ons.  Natural Braids, braided extensions, braided ponytails, and weaved ponytails normally take from two (2) to four (4) hours or less; and cornrows or frenchrows can take from one (1) hour to three (3) hours or less depending on the length, texture and the condition of your hair at the time of your appointment. 
 
Our standard rates are:
 
$65.00 to $95.00 per hour and/or flat rates of $200.00 and UP for most full head hair weaves. We try to work as fast as possible to keep our rates and charges low for our customers; but we are extreme perfectionists in the industry, and want your hair weave to be as sexy and natural flowing as possible so we do take a great deal of time caring about the quality of our work.  You can estimate between two (2) and four (4) hours for the completion process on an average.

BY EMAIL USING YOUR MASTERCARD CREDIT OR MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD. IF YOU WISH TO USE ONE OF OUR OTHER PAYMENT METHODS BELOW THROUGH EMAIL JUST CONTACT US AND LET US KNOW HOW YOU WISH TO MAKE YOUR DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT.  YOUR DEPOSIT AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE TOTAL AMOUNT DUE.

Cornrows and Frenchrows start at $55.00 per hour and UP for most clients.  You can estimate between one (1) and/or two (2) hours in most cases but not more than three (3) hours depending on the length and condition of your hair at the time of your appointment.
 
Trip Charges and Transportation Fees. Appointments scheduled on Long Island, New York include ~ rates for travelling to your location, office, residence, and/or arranged place for your appointment will generally vary from $50.00 - $100.00 minimum and UP depending on where you are located. Out-of-State Travel Fees vary from $300.00 - $500.00 minimum and UP (and/or $150.00 per hour for each hour that it takes us to arrive to your location; city or state, and etc. and/or how many miles that you are in distance away from our location here on Long Island, New York.)  
 
After 5:00PM and Early Morning Appointment Fees. All customer appointments scheduled after 5:00PM will be charged a standard flat fee of $75.00 and UP to travel to your location, office, and/or arranged place for your appointment. Any appointment scheduled before 8:00AM, will be charged a standard flat rate fee of $100.00 and UP to travel to your location, office, and/or arranged place for your appointment. { Each day our last booked appointment is scheduled at 5:00PM EST.  If you would like to avoid any additional fees or charges, please make your appointment before 5:00PM each day to avoid afterhour or early morning rates. }

Last Minute Appointments or Appointments not on our books that are squeezed in to accommodate you, are charged on an hourly basis at $75.00 per hour -- NO EXCEPTIONS plus trip charges if you are not centrally located to our closest Master Weaver or store location.
 
Special Event Travel Charges vary from $250.00 and UP for all private requests or special event hair appointments such as Weddings; Churches; Christenings; Sweet-16 Parties; Graduations, Birthdays, Private Dinners, Concerts, Modelling Events, Fashion Shows, Celebrity Clubs, Honorary Balls, and all others not noted.
 
Hair Shows and Private Hair Parties require all fees for traveling to and from your location be paid in advance through our website by making an appointment for yourself and all attendees. There must be a minimum of Ten (10) attendees or more to have their hair weaved, extensions added, and/or a hair product service performed to be considered for a Hair Show and/or Private Hair Party with us.  All attendees must be registered and signed up as clients on our website for an appointment for the agreed upon date for your private hair party in order for our Weaving Specialist to consider your Hair Show or Private Hair Party Appointment.  Trip Charges and Transportation Fees noted above, will include all Toll-charges, Easy-Pass Fees, Gasoline and Labor for all private events when traveling out of the State of New York City and/or Long Island, New York.

Out Of Area Rates & Charges: Due to such a popular demand for our Weaving Specialists, we tend to travel each year to a different State and offer our unique hair weaving services during the Summer Months.  If we are in your local area, or if you see our advertisements on Craigs List, you will receive the lowest rate possible when you refer a friend at the time of your appointment.  To see where we are located during the months of May 2011 until September 2011; send us an email if the locations are not provided below:

Gift Certificates:
 
When purchasing our Gift Certificates, there is an additional charge of $8.00 added to your total Gift Certificate amount; that is paid directly to Paypal for using their credit card billing system online. We do not control the rates, fees, surcharges, and etc. for Paypal, and all fees are automatically calculated into your purchase at the time of checkout on our website. We do not accept refund requests, and all sales and transactions are final. Chargebacks from the use of an online Paypal account is not allowed and prohibited; and all violaters will be prosecuted as fraud should you make an appointment with us online, and not keep it to later dispute it with Paypal. Please contact us first if there are any changes or adjustments that must be made to your confirmed appointments online. 
 
Payment Methods:
 
We accept CASH for all in-person appointments and accept Quick Collect, Western Union, Moneypak.com, and Mastercard Debit or Mastercard Credit cards via email for all online appointments made or Gift Certificates purchased.  Each interested customer may use your  Mastercard debit or Mastercard credit cards online.   All payments made online for your hair weaving appointment will require your receipt at the time of your appointment in order to receive credit for the $100.00 deposit paid online.
